DCSResin® coating resin (doming)

Features

• 0.85 kg (0.5 kg resin + 0.35 kg hardener)
• recommended temperature of the two-component resin when mixing 22°C
• recommended working environment temperature 17°C – 25°C
• mixing ratio 100:70 (e.g. 100g of resin and 70g of hardener).
• cures in 7 hours
• final hardening and resistance after 6 days
• excellent UV resistance thanks to special additives
• crystal clear transparency
• solvent-free
• recommended thickness 1-4 mm
• high viscosity
• a single layer is sufficient
• very small shrinkage (<0.1%)
• Suitable for coating wood, concrete, glass, metal, sand, carbon fibre fabrics, natural stones, etc.
• working time (22°C): about 30 minutes
• non-toxic after final curing
• can be coloured with alcohol inks and Mica powders

Applications:

• excellent for geodesy and resin arts
• jewellery, trays, cup holders
• coating floors, kitchen worktops and epoxy resin worktops
• lamination

Storage:

• properly sealed at room temperature for at least 12 months
