USE PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Before use, warm the DIPON® DiamondCraft UV resin to at least 20°C, e.g. using a 10-minute water bath at about 45-60°C. A final material temperature of about 25°C is ideal for working with resin. Slowly squeeze the DIPON® DiamondCraft UV resin out of the bottle to avoid excessive bubbles.
Store the material in the original bottle and protect it from direct UV rays. The maximum moulding height is 2 cm (20 mm). DIPON® DiamondCraft UV resins should not be mixed with solvents as the heat generated during the curing process may cause irreparable damage to the workpiece and harmful gases may be generated. Depending on the UV radiation and the lamp intensity, the workpiece may initially appear slightly yellowish, which becomes transparent after complete cooling. Hold the UV lamp 9w-36w: approx. 90-180 seconds depending on lamp wattage, different pre-tests are necessary as wattage may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. It is possible to allow the workpiece to cure in daylight if desired. Instructions for opaque paints: Opaque paints require the material to be applied in several coats and possibly also the backside to be covered with resin and fixed with a UV lamp. The material hardens when exposed to UV radiation!
