Areas of use:
- Ideal for large format projects: LuminaCast 8 Table Flow is specially designed for the production of impressive river tables and for use in large silicone molds.
- Excellent for furniture: It enables potting heights of at least 20 mm up to 50 mm at 20°C.
- Safe for food: Without sVHC or CoRAP ingredients. Food safe after complete curing.
- Pours higher than 50 mm: Please note that higher casting quantities are possible depending on the amount of material and ambient temperature, provided this is well below 20°C.
Usage:
LuminaCast 8 Table Flow is accurately weighed in a clean container in a mixing ratio of 2:1 by weight or, if a particularly high strength is required, 100:40 by weight. A scale and two mixing cups are required to ensure exact weighing and mixing. Never mix by volume, as this can lead to an incorrect result. First mix the A and B components at max. 300 revolutions/minute for approx. three to four minutes. Then pour the A+B mixture into a new clean container and mix again for three to four minutes. Scrape off some of the resin from the edges of the old container and drop it into the center of the new one. This process is important to obtain a mixture that is as homogeneous as possible.
