TFC Vaseline – mold lubricant for multi-part silicone molds

VATTFC Vaseline is used as a mold lubricant in the production of multi-part silicone molds to separate silicone from silicone and silicone rubber from other materials and surfaces when taking impressions from original models. Silicone mold lubricant is applied as a thin layer to the first half of the already hardened silicone mold during mold production and the freshly mixed silicone for the second half is poured onto it. This prevents the two mold halves from sticking together.
Usage: Apply with a brush, in a thin layer. Application is easier if the product is slightly warmed before application.
