Product specifications:
Viscosity: (25℃) 2000-3500
Hardness: (Shore D) 78-80
Curing: 36W UV lamp, 3-4 minutes. Hardens slowly even in daylight. Curing speed, final cure and surface drying are related to the UV light source.
Casting thickness: 1-3mm, depending on the size of the surface.
Scratch resistant.

NB! The thinner the layer, the faster the curing reaction. The thicker layer is poured in several layers. Caution! If the layer is too thick, the product may overheat.

Instructions for use:

1. Clean the surface before adding the UV resin. Dose precisely.
2. The recommended minimum light intensity is 70mW/cm²
3. A cooling device is required for temperature-sensitive materials such as thermoplastic materials
4. Check the hardening of the plastic material so that the liquid does not create stress cracks in the material
5. Excess glue can be wiped off
6. To avoid contamination, do not pour the remaining UV resin back into the original container.
7. Use personal protective equipment!

Storage:
This product is sensitive to light and heat and should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place below 25°C. Open packaging is valid for 1 year.
